There are a few variants of Moonjump Glitches. They all have in common that you can either gain an infinite amount of height (up to a rooms ceiling), infinite amount of distance or both. Some Moonjump variants are more restricted then others, e.g. in what ways you can regain it without fully redoing the initial setup.
Skid Crouch Jump
This variant is patched. The last available game version with this glitch is Game Versions#6 - 01-August-2023
No Slide
While in the Skid animation, press jump and crouch on the same frame. No further consideration is necessary.

Solar Wind
Solar Wind Coyote Time Reset
Doing a Solar Wind jump during Coyote Time resets the Coyote Time. This can be chained indefinitely, however manual execution of this is nearly impossible for any gains, just from the shear amount of consistency to keep hitting jump in the 0.12 seconds of coyote time. For this reason Unpause Controller Auto Fire is used to input a constant jump input.
